Terms of Service

When you accept to work with me, by making your first payment you are in agreement with these terms of service. You must be over the age of 18 to enter an agreement with me.

I will always ask for ID with proof of age i.e. passport, photographic driving licence. I reserve the right to decline service to anyone who is unable to provide these on request. If you prove you are over 18, please do not take my assessment of the situation personally, It is only to ensure I am being lawful.

- I require a quote from to be filled in to give you an accurate quote. This form can be found here, these are subject to close as and when I receive enough submissions. 
- Quotes are only valid during that specific opening. A new quote must be received if you'd like to try again for a slot next opening. Prices are subject to change.

- Please provide a clear and unshaded 2-3 view turnaround digital reference sheet, or any other artwork clearly showing markings may be accepted.

- You must be over the age of 18 to enter an agreement with me. I request to see a legal form of ID from all of my clients (eg, passport or driving license).

- You will receive a response to your quote form regardless of my decision after review. If successful, along with your quote, I will inform you of estimated wait times and current status of my work, and from there you can agree or disagree to proceed to invoicing.
- If your commission is chosen you will have 72 hours to pay the deposit for your slot, if we do not hear from you, your slot will be passed to the next client.

- I will not work from any generative AI images.
- I will not make any copyright character (eg, disney character, pokemon, etc), or replicate someone elses fursuit without their consent.

- Prices are subject to change between commission periods, but any changes made to prices will not alter any previous agreed quotes if a deposit has been submitted.
- Any changes (including adding new add-ons) you ask for while work is being done that differs to the original concept/quote will be charged a small fee ontop of any add-on costs (i.e, changing mind about expression, adding eyelids etc). So please think through your quote form thoroughly before applying.

- GBP only, invoices are sent through Monzo bank which accepts UK + international bank transfer
- I can also accept PayPal, although a fee will be added if PayPal is chosen to cover any fees charged. Feel free to discuss this with me when a quote has been received.

- A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your place in the commission queue. NO EXCEPTIONS – If you decide to cancel during any point of the process, you will lose your deposit!

- Shipping is NOT included in the quote (see "Delivery" below for more details on this).

Payment Plans
- I do accept payment plans! I am flexible with these and open to discussions to personalise the plan to the customer.
- Plans preferrably should be paid within 0-4 months of accepting the commission slot, unless discussed prior to accepting the slot.
- Your costume will not be started before the 50% has been paid, even if you are next in line. I will move your place in the queue if necessary.
- The last payment must be paid before the fursuit is finished and mailed to you.

- I supply my private telegram to clients to contact during the making of the suit. All updates are also sent to my public Telegram channel.

- Some progress photos will be uploaded to X, BlueSky, and Instagram. Progress may also be shown on TikTok videos.

- Private suits with no public progress pictures will come with an extra charge of 15%.

- I do not usually accept hard deadlines for projects. Although, for certain circumstances, deadlines will be accepted but will occur a rush charge of 15%.  Queue wait times can vary, depending on the complexity of the character and the length of the queue.

- UK/Mainland shipping will be through a courier (Evri, DPD, Parcelforce etc), which will be discussed and confirmed when ready.
- Commissioner must pay for full price of insurance for the item. This usually starts at £100+ for UK couriers.
- I will not mark a parcel as a gift or undercharge my items for lower insurance. 
- Your shipping cost will be calculated before shipping and failure to provide payment will result in the costume being held by me until shipping is paid for.
- I can drop fursuit off if we attend the same UK events (meets or conventions).
- I do not accept pickups at my home address. Although, I am happy to meet up in a local public setting for pickup.

International Delivery

- International shipping is available, although expected delivery costs will be high, and delivery times may vary. Feel free to ask for a rough estimate before agreeing to the quote. 
- International shipping can take from 1 week to 3 weeks+ to arrive, and may have customs or VAT charges to pay before arrival. This varies on your country’s customs regulations.
- The commissioner alone is responsible for any customs, tarrif fees, or other charges that may be added if ordering outside of the UK.
- I suggest US customers should look into new % tarrif costs for 2025 before ordering.

- Your base shipping cost will be calculated before shipping and failure to provide payment will result in the costume being held by me until shipping is paid for.

- I will not mark a parcel as a gift or undercharge my items for international shipping.
- If an international buyer wishes to have the package sent to a UK resident (friend/family) first to travel with the fursuit, this is the buyers responsibility.

Duct Tape Dummy (DTD)
- DTDs are only required for fullsuits, which are only available for UK based customers.

- I will send tutorials by other makers on how to correctly make a DTD if you are ordering a bodysuit/fullsuit from me.
- DTDs need to be done correctly. I WILL request a new one from you if it arrives in bad condition and I am unable to use.

- I make bodysuits to fit the DTD perfectly, if it is not made correctly.. it will not fit! I will charge for any adjustments needed due to the fault of a badly fitted DTD (see repairs below).

- It is natural for your bodyweight to fluctuate. I suggest doing your DTD at the end of the day after a meal.
- For your own comfort and to quickly get your DTD done (it's a warm and tiring job) I suggest you find and ask 2-3 friends to help prior to ordering.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the DTD.

- Any faults caused by myself (loose seams etc) within the first 4 weeks after first receiving the costume I will gladly fix. Feel free to email/DM me with any concerns.

- Buyer will be responsible to pay for shipping one way.

- Please understand that I am only human. No fursuit is 100% perfect as they are handmade, but I will put all of my effort into making them as amazing and as long lasting as possible for each client.
- Fursuits are built to last! Please take care while wearing, storing and cleaning. Do not store wet. 
- I suggest clients to learn very basic handsewing to repair any possible popped seams in the future, it's also a fun skill to have!

- Any issues needing to be fixed by myself after the initial 4 weeks warrenty will be charged by the amount of time needed to fix, along with material costs and postage costs.
- If the fursuit arrives with me with bad odours or general filth I will refuse to work on it and immediately send it back. Please take care of your fursuit!

- Deposits WILL NOT be refunded.

- Refunds after work has started will not be given unless in extreme circumstances.

- Refunds before work has started will not include deposit costs.

- Refunds usually will not be sent until the slot has been claimed by another customer.

- I reserve the right to work on premade fursuits inbetween/alongside commissioned work. This usually happens on the run-up to a convention and will be included on my Trello queue for transparency. 

- Please note that if addons are ordered after your previous commission has been completed (I.e bodysuit ordered after a partial has already been made) the faux furs may differ slightly in colour due to newer dye lots.

- I owna dog that does have access to my work room while I work but never unattended, so if you have allergies please take this into consideration when ordering.
- I do offer "adult" modded fursuits, please contact for more details.

- Please be aware that by wearing your costume that your vision will be impaired, you will get warm, your dexterity will be low. I am not responsible for any stumbling, falling, tripping and overheating that may happen while in costume. You wear it at your own risk. Please look after yourself.
